Do you see stories through a lens and turn visuals into emotions? We’re looking for a Photo and Video Editor to join our creative team in Guadalajara, Jalisco — someone who knows how to capture attention, tell stories visually, and bring ideas to life through powerful imagery and video.
If you’re passionate about editing, aesthetics, and creating content that truly connects, we want to meet you.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Visual Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of hands-on experience in photography and video editing (preferably in marketing, content, or branding).
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
Strong eye for detail, storytelling, and aesthetics.
Knowledge of color grading, motion graphics, and audio syncing.
Highly organized and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
(Preferred) Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
A portfolio showcasing both photography and video projects is required.

What You’ll Do
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photo and video content for campaigns, websites, and social media.
Transform raw footage into compelling stories — from short-form reels to full-length videos.
Retouch photos, adjust color, and ensure all visual assets reflect our brand style.
Manage lighting, framing, and overall composition during shoots to achieve the right look and tone.
Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Maintain and organize all media assets in a well-structured digital library.
Keep up with the latest trends in editing, visual design, and social media formats.
(Optional) Assist in planning or directing small-scale productions and on-site shoots.
